Making EQA Work For You: An Update of the EQA Process

Open Awards are undertaking External Quality Assurance on behalf of The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education. The input of our end-point assessment organisations (EPAOs) is integral to the EQA process. We are mindful that EPAOs are all at different stages of their EPA journey and this workshop will provide an excellent opportunity for Open Awards to share our learning and changes to the ways in which the EQA process will work for our EPAOs. It will also provide opportunity for valued input from our EPAOs as to how we may improve further. 
The aims of the workshop are;

<LI>Provide an overview of the EQA process for all EPAOs</LI>
<LI>Share experiences of the EPAOs journey in preparing/delivering EPAs </LI>
<LI>Identify/discuss strengths and weaknesses of the EPA journey</LI>
<LI>Identify solutions/share good practice</LI>
<LI>Enhance collaborative working amongst all those involved in the EQA/EPA process.</LI>
</OL>
 The workshop is free for all EPAOs we currently EQA.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
