Across both retrofit and new build, Scotland is seeing increasing expectations through evolving building standards, EPC reform and wider net zero commitments. Yet too often, buildings are still assessed and delivered based on assumptions, resulting in a persistent gap between predicted and actual performance.

This event focuses on how in-situ measurement of buildings, once occupied and in use, can transform how we design, specify and deliver projects.
