Trainer: Michelle Sinden 
Michelle Sinden has been the Volunteer Coordinator at Spitalfields City Farm for 6 years and has been researching medicinal properties of plants for over a decade. She holds a BSc (hons) in Botany and a MSc in Ethnobotany and has a passion for utilising medicinal plants for animal health.
