City of York and the University of York are inviting tenders to provide a managed stores service.
The supplier will provide a bespoke stores facility based at the City of York Council Hazel Court Eco Depot Site.
They will maintain an agreed level of stock, and provide materials to the authorities on a request basis
In-Scope:
• All materials to service Building Services Reactive Teams
• UoY materials
• Highways stock products (kerbs/flagstones/gulley’s/manholes etc)
• Tenants Choice Kitchens/Bathrooms
• CYC PPE
• CYC Cleaning materials
Please book onto one of the time slots if you are potentially interested in bidding for this work. Time slots are per supplier, and allow up to 10 attendees per time slot.
