As part of the risk management support RPA members are invited to a workshop covering:- What a robust management system looks like in effectively managing the risk of civil and criminal liability -	The certification process for the international Occupational and Health and Safety Management System, ISO 45001Course style and format:Both sessions will start at 10am, but delegates should log onto the webinar at least 15 minutes before the start. The sessions will be approximately 75 minutes in duration and will be delivered through a PowerPoint presentation, which includes a case study. We will also be including an opportunity for questions, where we can; we will answer at the time or take these away and e-mail you a response within 2 days.Please also note that these workshops are free to attend Who should attend?The workshop is aimed at those: -	With line management responsibilities for the management of people and property so this could include SLT and Departmental Heads-	Those who have risk management responsibilitiesThe benefits of attending:•	Understand the key elements of a management system•	Understand the way in which civil and criminal liability can be controlled•	Learning how reputation can be protected •	Knowledge of the certification process How to register:Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and will be limited to two places per member academy. The top tips for using Webex:1: URL/invite link MUST be opened in Google Chrome browser2. Need to check if you have never used Webex system previously and that you check access prior to day of session, to avoid any issues with individual school’s fire walls &amp; delay in joining sessions3. If still experience hearing issues (after checking own connection of headset/volume on max) then you can also dial into session on separate handset whilst watching on screen using the numbers &amp; access code for the session as detail within our WebEx meeting invite.4. If appears the conversation becomes intermittent at time may be due to your own network service &amp; buffering (especially when large numbers on-line) due to demand.
