Dealing with ill health absences, whether short or long term, is one of the on-going headaches for organisations and HR professionals.  The costs to an organisation, both in terms of the absence itself and the risks of getting it wrong, can be significant.  Addressing such issues robustly but compassionately is challenging.  Using case studies as examples this interactive workshop with the experienced team from Shakespeare Martineau will focus on how organisations can get it right.

What is the refund policy?
The event is free for CPD members.  Non-member places may be cancelled up to 1 week before the event, after that the £12 fee is non-refundable
Professional photography and video production may be taking place at the event, and these images may be used on future promotional materials for CIPD. Please note that by attending the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any CIPD promotional materials.
