ADHD can shape how we experience work in ways that are often misunderstood – both by others and by ourselves. From struggling with focus in traditional environments to navigating expectations around productivity, communication and organisation, many challenges go unrecognised or unsupported.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the realities of ADHD in the workplace and learn practical ways to work with your brain, not against it. You’ll gain tools to manage common difficulties, identify and request reasonable adjustments, and communicate your needs with greater confidence – while building a more compassionate relationship with yourself at work.
Workshop Highlights
- Recognise challenges often faced by ADHD employees at work
- Think about strategies for challenges you may encounter in the workplace
- Identify reasonable adjustments you can make or request
- Practice thinking and communicating assertively about your needs
