Young people on the autistic spectrum experience many setbacks and challenges during their lives. To navigate these successfully a great deal of resilience is needed. In this workshop Siobhan will take parents through 5 steps they can immediately implement at home to improve their child’s resilience. Several different strategies, including Social Stories, will be shared and ways of individualizing them discussed.

Siobhan is a certified trainer in Social Stories and as a member of Carol Gray’s Team Social Stories she delivers workshops for schools and other organisations, including the NAS, across the country. She is also the author of a series of best-selling books of Social Stories published by Jessica Kingsley.
