This half day workshop has been designed to explore the various functions of Excel and how to navigate the system.You will also look at how to automatically identify or highlight key information using colour and how to identify and present key data that can be used for reports or funding applications.

The workshop will cover the following areas:

Formulas – Creating formulas

• Creating calculations to manage your financials
• Knowing your data – tracking your stock, clients, or services

Conditional Formatting

• Developing spreadsheets that allow you to monitor your data with colour

Pivot Tables and charts – A reporting tool

• Creating a table to extract, analyse and summarise your data
• Creating interactive charts as a reporting tool

Databases – Sort, Filter & Analyse

• Using excel like a CRM system for client information
• Analysing client/service information e.g.
• Segmenting client groups

• Identifying important dates

Do you take photos at your events?

'Yes we do, as part of our marketing strategy, we regularly take photos during our events to use on our website, email newsletters, social media and other promotional materials. If you are not comfortable about being in our photos please specify in your order and remind us during the event so we do not include you.

Is there a cancellation charge?

No, however as we cover the full cost of running the event, we would appreciate 24 hours' notice or that you cancel your ticket 24 hours before the event, which will allow another business on our waiting list to take the space or for us to reduce our costs.
