Overview

Learn how to navigate disagreements and resolve conflicts effectively in our Managing Conflict event!

Managing Conflict

Conflict can crop up in any group — sometimes even every day — and if it isn’t handled well, it can affect the everyone. Ignoring it doesn’t make it go away; it often makes things harder or limits what we can achieve together.

This workshop will help your group understand why conflict happens, how it can be used (often without us realising), and what part we each play. You’ll gain practical tools to manage and resolve conflict in a positive way — helping your group stay focused, respectful and united.

Please note: A maximum number of 2 people per organisation can attend.
