Focus on skills: Managing difficult contract conversations
Whilst collaboration is key, sometimes difficult conversations need to be had. There’s no hiding place. This webinar will help to arm you with the essential skills.
This skills-based session will help ypu to think about those 'tough' conversations, whilst remaining calm, positive, controlled, and assertive.
Based on examples from the workplace and good practice, Sally Collier and Jayne Hutton-Ellis of the Contract Management Capability Programme within Cabinet Office will look at all the appropriate skills, and show how to put them in place through mock scenarios.
