Managing Difficult Conversations

Lincoln's Inn is one of the four Inns of Court. The Inns of Court have played a fundamental role in preparing students for Call to the Bar and their progress to professional competence as barristers for many centuries.  With that role at its heart, it is nonetheless a very multifarious organisation: a collegiate and educational institution, a membership organisation, a professional body, a landlord, a custodian of historic buildings, a banqueting venue and a tourist attraction.

With an eye to the future and the new challenges facing both practising barristers, judges and those entering the profession, Lincoln’s Inn is looking for ways in which to help support our members develop their professional skills. Cath Brown, a former barrister and Director of Skilful Conversations, will deliver this interactive workshop which will give members new strategies and skills for handling difficult conversations successfully.5.15 pm: Arrival5.30 pm - 7 pm: Interactive session and Q&A7 pm: Drinks reception Please note this event is only open to members of Lincoln's Inn. All questions will be put to the panel anonymously.
