About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

This workshop outlines the importance of self-care and self-compassion.

It introduces the many strands of self-care and the SAMH 5 Ways to Better Wellbeing and considers how parents and carers can introduce these into their lives.

This is an interactive session and works best when those coming along are able to participate, therefore we ask that wherever possible you have your camera on.

You will never be put on the spot or singled out to answer a question.

Please note: This workshop is available free of charge as part of the Let's Connect project run by Scottish Action for Mental Health (SAMH) and South Lanarkshire Council. This workshop is only for parents and carers within the South Lanarkshire Council area. If you have any questions, please contact me at iona.macwhirter-harley@samh.org.uk.
