Delivered by qualified Studio 3 trainers - Laura and Colette work within Sheffield City Council, Autism Advisory Service, with over 40 years experience between them. Their overall aim is to support pupils at the very early signs of stressed behaviour, limiting crisis situations and to give every chance possible to pupils who find the demands of school life a little too much! Please join them for a day of un-picking traditional behavioural management approaches in order to piece together a more inclusive approach via Low Arousal appraoches. They will show how we really can support engagement, attainment and access to all aspects of school life for pupils in a supportive and inclusive way. 'One Size' does NOT fit all children - and here is how to successfully achieve that whilst ensuring all pupils (and staff) thrive within the approach. Please note this event is £100 and your school will be invoiced AFTER the event. This cost includes a coaching session in school as a follow up with either Colette or Laura.
