The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICS Staff Support Hub is pleased to present 'Managing Stress', part of our series of wellbeing webinars. Other topics include managing fatigue, sleep for wellbeing, sleep for shift workers and post-Covid support. Our ‘Managing Stress’ webinar will look at what stress is, how it impacts us physically and emotionally and explore how we can better manage the negative effects of stress.This session will be facilitated by Staff Wellbeing Occupational Therapists.This session is open to all those working in health, social care, the voluntary sector or not-for-profit sector in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
