This practical session will help you identify imposter feelings and learn how to empower yourself to take positive steps forward in future

About this event

Has the negative voice in your head ever caused you to hold back from an opportunity you would have loved? Maybe you didn't apply for a job or a secondment or offer to manage a project you saw as an interesting challenge? Or maybe sometimes you don't speak up when you have an amazing idea that would really help your organisation, as you're fearful of what people might think of the idea?

This practical session will help you identify your imposter within, understand the impact it has, and help you identify ways to move forward whilst recognising the presence of the imposter.

Jo will share tips and techniques based on personal experience and those of people she has supported. The session will be interactive in nature, incorporating personal reflection and group discussions.

You will leave the session with a greater level of awareness of the imposter within, and practical tips so that you will be able to notice when it is holding you back and will be able to empower yourself.

Jo is a coach and founder of the TRUE Leaders Community, a supportive group of people who ensure they are leading the life that gives them fulfilment and satisfaction. She is passionate about helping people get rid of the unnecessary baggage they are carrying so that they feel empowered to lead a life they love.
