At GrowHow Learning, we believe managers are grown, not born.

Our 90-minute virtual workshops are designed to bring together small groups of managers and aspiring managers in a supportive learning environment, facilitated by friendly, real-world trainers.

Managing Through Change will enable you to make change stick and support team members through uncertainty.

During the workshop, you will explore the different types of change we encounter at work. You will discover how team members are likely to react to change and how to support them at each stage of the change process.

You will leave the workshop with practical tools and simple routines you can use to inspire and support your team members, and make lasting changes to ways of working.

Are the sessions accessible?

MS Teams provides a range of accessibility features designed to support users with different needs, from live captions and transcription to customisable views and screen reader compatibility. If you have any additional needs to help you to get the most out of our session, contact our friendly team.

How many people will be on the workshop?

To ensure we have a good conversation and everyone has an opportunity to contribute and ask questions, there will be a minimum of 6 learners and a maximum of 20 learners per workshop.

Who are your facilitators?

Our facilitators are friendly, experienced practitioners focused on providing pragmatic, real-world learning experiences.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes life happens! If you need to cancel up to 7 days before the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
