Olga Rudkovskaya is Head of Department for ESG & Climate Change at ADNOC Group and Secretary to the Board-level ESG Committee at ADNOC Distribution. With over 16 years of experience, she has led multinational teams and high-impact ESG and climate initiatives across complex organisations. Olga holds qualifications in Environmental Science and an MBA from The University of Manchester, and specialises in translating ESG strategy into operational delivery and measurable business value, aligned with global sustainability frameworks. She is deeply committed to advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals and driving responsible, ethical business practices.
Ahmed Magdy is the Managing Director of CSI Engineering UK and an MBA graduate of Alliance Manchester Business School, The University of Manchester. He leads commercial strategy and business growth with a strong focus on people development, mentorship, and continuous self-improvement. Ahmed is passionate about empowering individuals and teams to move beyond comfort zones, unlock their potential, and pursue excellence at every stage of their journey.
