On this guided history walk in the week of International Women's Day, network while hearing about Manchester Women from 1920s to 2020s

This netwalk highlights a selection of Manchester women of the last 100 years. Their stories include protests, campaigns, nightlife, nurture, war, work, politics, business, bars and more.

Warning – some stories may be upsetting.

Who are these netwalks for?

Business professionals who are interested in Manchester history, and like informal networking. Suitable whether you know the city very well or not at all.

Guests often work in law, accountancy, banking, property, marketing etc in the city and beyond.

Note that this walk is about women but not exclusively for women.

Where and when?

Meet outside the entrance to INNSiDE Manchester hotel, 1 First Street.

The walk starts at 12.30pm and ends at 1.30pm but I’ll be there from 12.15pm for anyone who wants to fit in some networking before we start.

Practical details

Netwalks go ahead in all weathers, so please dress for the weather and a walk around town.
