Part A: Online Theory (Self-paced, 10-20 hours) - must be submitted before the practical day

• Module 1: Anatomy & Physiology of the Lymphatic System
• Module 2: Pathophysiology of Lymphedema
• Module 3: Principles of MLD
• Module 4: Indications, Contraindications, and Safety

Part B: One-Day Practical Workshop

• Review of theory and Q&A
• Demonstration of basic MLD strokes: stationary circles, rotary, pump, scoop
• Neck and abdominal sequences
• Upper extremity sequence (unilateral lymphedema)
• Lower extremity sequence (unilateral lymphedema)
• Practice in pairs under supervision
• Assessment and feedback
