Aim of the masterclass:  The third of the masterclass series, specifically for manufacturing SME's based in Scotland,  further explores the Servitisation business model.  We will invite a group of companies to a round table workshop with a business mentor and contract expert. 
Manufacturers, dealerships and resellers are increasingly ‘servitising’ their business model, moving from selling a product to offering a service. This masterclass provides an insight into how to manage service contract risk including what manufacturers and agents need to know about service-based contracts.
