Mapping Change: Menopause as Lived Experience
A guided participatory artistic activity workshop with Francesca Arrigoni-Halliday exploring the menopause as a whole-body transition.
To accompany her upcoming exhibition, Francesca Arrigoni-Halliday will be leading a guided participatory artistic activity workshop exploring the menopause as a whole-body transition rather than a set of isolated symptoms. The session will include scientific insight into how menopause affects long-term health, particularly cardiovascular function. Throughout the session, the focus is on understanding, validation, and informed choice, supporting participants to feel more confident, listened to, and better equipped to engage with menopause care.
This workshop in particular will conclude by linking lived experience directly to care, with a specialist menopause pharmacist, Inger De Silva, explaining how treatment options, hormonal and non‑hormonal, can be tailored to real lives and long‑term health goals.
