MAPURBAN: POLICY REPORT LAUNCH
Migrant Mobility and Access to Public URBAN Resources

<p>You are cordially invited to take part in the launch of the MAPURBAN
policy report. Over the past 18 months the MAPURBAN project has
undertaken spatial mapping and conducted interviews with policy
makers and civil society organisations to investigate how current
migration policy and practice impact access to urban resources in the
cities of London, Stockholm and Berlin. The research has brought to
light differences in access to urban resources amongst migrant newcomers
across the three cities. The report highlights the differences in
national and local approaches in the provision of key urban migration
infrastructures such as libraries, community centres and places of
worship. The launch will showcase the report’s findings, with a view to
informing government strategies and local decision making.</p>
