In this webinar, running coach, James, will take you through all you need to know about the marathon, from principles of training, touching on nutrition, and getting your race day strategy right, to help you hit your 2022 targets.James is the Lead Performance Specialist at The Altitude Centre, where he has coached athletes from first time marathoner to best time marathoner, drawing on his experience as an athlete and sport scientist providing support to the UK&#x27;s leading marathon runners.
