Join artist Rosa for an evening workshop at Greyhope Bay where you will gather inspiration and create your own zine inspired by the coast.
About the workshop:
During this 2 hour workshop, we will (weather permitting) head to the shore line with our art materials to gather colour palette, texture and shape inspiration. We will then return indoors to start to plan out our concertina zines. Zines are small, self published booklets that can be about any topic of your choosing. You may wish to create a zine of observational sketches using the spectacular views, you might seek inspiration from sea themed folklore or you might want to document your favourite seabirds and sea life. The opportunities are endless and are directed by you.
Materials provided will be a variety of mixed media (wet and dry) suitable paper and zine making materials. If you wish to bring any art materials of your own, you are welcome to do so.
