Maritime Solent Future Leaders Programme

The Future Leaders Programme with Maritime Solent and South Hampshire College Group is an exciting short course designed to provide participants with an understanding of leadership and management. Through a series of interactive workshops, the programme covers a wide range of topics, offering valuable tips and tools to enhance leadership skills. Participants will engage in hands-on activities and discussions that will help them apply these concepts in their own business environments, fostering growth and development whilst also building their peer network with others in other organisations and the wider maritime sector.

This is a three day course, delvered at Southampton College.

Key areas of focus include essential leadership skills such as effective communication and feedback, event management, and team management. Additionally, the programme delves into vision, values, and leadership styles, coaching and mentoring, and public speaking. By exploring these critical aspects, participants will gain practical insights and ideas that can be directly implemented in their professional roles. The programme aims to equip future leaders with the knowledge and confidence needed to excel in their careers and drive their organisations forward.

This course will take place on 5th, 6th and 7th May 26.
