Marmalade Making Session

Bell House is a volunteer led charity that provides creative learning for people of all ages and backgrounds. Our vision is to offer an opportunity to gather for learning, enjoyment and friendship in a special place.

Come and join in a marmalade making session led by two marmalade experts, Jane and Jenny.

BELL HOUSE

Jane and Jenny will guide us through a traditional recipe using organic Seville oranges and lemons to make coarse cut marmalade.There will be tips on the process and tales of the history of marmalade as we make the preserve. Each participant will take home two jars of marmalade with their own customised labels. All equipment supplied but if you want to bring your own jars please do so. NB - session includes two hours simmering time from 14.00 when participants can either help make soda bread or take a mid afternoon break£12 per person. Bursary places are a possibility - please email info@bellhouse.co.uk for more information.Limited places so please book well in advance Please note, we are unable to offer refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances.
