Company culture is "the values, beliefs, ethics and attitudes that characterize an organization and guide its practices". The first thing you need to do is identify the values that you want your company and staff to encompass.
This interactive session will give you the tools you need to define your company values and culture.
There are two participation levels on offer:
Regular – you have access to the live session and the workbook
Premium – the same as regular with the addition of a one-on-one follow-up session with Catrina to finalise your values and company culture statement.
The live session will be 90 minutes and the follow-ups 60-90 minutes.
