We will look at the decision making unit - influencers as well as the decision makers and the buyers – in a business to consumer sense that may be that the grandparents influence on a new pram, the mother to be makes the decision and the purchase is jointly done with the father to be.
Having detailed ICPs means that the messages that are going to convince them are a lot easier to draft.
Two participation levels on offer:

Premium – the same as regular with the addition of a one-on-one follow-up session with Catrina to finalise your ICPs and key messages.
The live session will be 90 minutes, the follow-ups 60-90 minutes.
