Attending this webinar will enable you to work with the powerful and practical framework of Transactional Analysis, giving you a better understanding of your own behavior, that of your clients, and the people your clients want to influence and interact with.</p>

A trained sport psychologist and psychotherapist, his work is underpinned by Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and applied performance psychology and he is an expert in resilience and mental toughness. William is a Partner at Mezzana Partners, helping organisations thrive – and stay thriving – by working with teams and their leaders. Outside of work, William is an accomplished, competitive tennis player and loves to have fun on the tennis court!</p>
