This workshop moves participants from a reactive stance, where they are controlled by their emotions, to a proactive and skilled stance, where they can consciously choose their response. By building self-awareness, teaching practical de-escalation tools, and fostering empathetic listening, we reframe conflict from a "battle to be won" into a "problem to be solved collectively." Our class based workshops are a relaxed way to find out more about how to improve your overall wellbeing. You will not be expected to speak up if you do not wish to, you can just turn up, grab a coffee, and listen in.
