Course Overview
This training course provides a comprehensive introduction to GreenOps—the practice of optimising cloud usage to reduce and manage carbon emissions and climate impact. Participants will learn about the importance and impact of GreenOps as well as practical strategies to align GreenOps with ITAM, FinOps, and wider business goals, giving the best chances of success within your business.
The course covers key concepts such as cloud carbon measurement, right-sizing, GreenOps governance, and sustainable cloud purchasing, empowering attendees to make informed decisions that drive business value while reducing environmental impact.
Course Format
This on-line course is run over two half days and include group discussions and exercises that are highly interactive. Our instructors have trained professionals all around the world for several years and will share their knowledge and experiences.
Please come prepared to share your ideas, challenges, and ask questions! We will take regular breaks through the day, so there is plenty of time to catch up with email and calls.
