Join me for a pilates class...in Fort William! Beginner & experienced friendly, all fitness levels and ages welcome

A pilates class and goodie bag to celebrate the first of (hopefully) monthly pop up classes!

This Mat Pilates class is 50mins and is accessible for all fitness levels, with layered options and progressions so everyone can feel supported and challenged in the right way. Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout focused on core strength, posture, mobility, and controlled movement using your bodyweight. Expect mindful movement, strength, and mobility. All ages, bodies, and people are welcome.

Classes are in the Duncansburgh church hall- please park in the Duncansburgh car park. Wear clothes you can comfortably move in. Mats and socks will be provided.
