Maternal Journal shares creative tools & techniques to support the changes, joys & challenges we go through in pregnancy, birth & parenthood

This is a four-week programme. Each week will be based in the same location and at the same time.

Our practitioners will share creative tools and techniques to support the huge changes, joys and challenges we go through in pregnancy, birth and parenthood.

It will provide an inclusive and safe space for anyone who has experienced pregnancy or who has given birth.

The course is aimed at women during pregnancy and also for those that have a baby under the age of 8 weeks old (at the start of the course).

When you book a free ticket, it reserves you a space on all four sessions. The session dates are below:

• 3rd February
• 10th February (break over half term, 17th)
• 24th Feb
• 3rd March

Babies are welcome to attend and there will be a sensory space set up for each session.
