This session begins by recapping bar models as a consistent model for multiple mathematical structures. Delegates will then investigate when to use single and comparison bar models to ensure that they match the structure of the context of problems.The session builds towards solving problems with bar models through looking at strategies to manipulate models to find equal parts.
