Can mathematics really help us in our fight against infectious disease? Join Dr Julia Gog (Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics) to explore some exciting current research areas where mathematics is being used to study pandemics, viruses and everything in between, with a particular focus on influenza.

This event is part of the 2017 Cambridge Science Festival.

The event is free but admission is by ticket only. Age range: 15+
