Interlink is the County Voluntary Council (CVC) for Rhondda Cynon Taf, supporting individuals, communities and organisations to work together to make a positive impact on the life of people who live and work in Rhondda Cynon Taf.

Aims:
To enable you to better monitor and evaluate projects and programmes and measure impact.

<h2>Content 
</h2><p>Learn how to implement a plan-do-assess-review process and explain the difference between outcomes and impact. This course will look at how to best use different types of evidence and help you measure and learn from the impact of your work as well as enhancing your funding bids. 
</p><h3></h3><h3>Learning outcomes 
</h3><p>By the end of the course you will be able to: 
</p><ul><li>understand what is meant by measuring impact 
</li><li>tell the difference between key terms such as impact and outcomes 
</li><li>understand how to plan a project to include monitoring and evaluation and measuring change 
</li><li>know where to go to get further information, advice and support.  
</li></ul><p> 
</p><h3>Who this course is for: 
</h3><p>Trustees, managers, people responsible for bid writing and project evaluation.
