The Change Group, in aid of Action Against Hunger

It’s here… the ultimate event for the Pescatarians to get one over on the Carnivores!
 
The Change Group, Luxury Hospitality Recruitment Specialists, is hosting a one-off event to answer the ultimate question of which is better… Meat or Fish? Bringing you 10 of London’s finest restaurants, 5 cooking meat dishes and 5 cooking fish dishes, they will compete to see who the overall winner will be.
 
You can expect only the finest ingredients being used for the event as the chefs will be focusing on sustainability and British sourced produce.
 
All proceeds from the event will go to Action Against Hunger, a well-known charity in the hospitality industry which aims to save the lives of malnourished children, ensure everyone can access clean water, food, training and healthcare and enable entire communities to be free from hunger.
Your donation will go twice as far because the UK Government will double your ticket donation for this event. Your support will help to provide mums and kids in Senegal with the nutrition and support they need to be healthy as part of our Healthy Mums Healthy Kids appeal. Meat vs Fish will be held on the 6th September 2017 at Flat Iron Square from 6pm to 11pm.
On the Meat team we have: 1. The Manor 2. Salt Yard 3. Tom Simmons 4. Rail House Café 5. The Sail Loft
 On the Fish team we have: 1. The Thomas Cubitt 2. Aqua Shard 3. Nushimi 4. Claw 5. Anglo 
 
Tickets are a minimum donation of £25 each and include 2 meat dish tokens and 2 fish dish tokens. Additional food and drinks will be on sale on the night.
 
FAQs
 
Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event? Guests must be 18+.
Is there a dress code for the event? Smart casual
What is the refund policy for the event? We are unable to offer refunds. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
Will there be allocated seating at the event? No, however there will be lots of seating available.
I don’t eat meat or fish, will there be vegetarian food options available? Unfortunately, as this is an event that is celebrating meat and fish, there won’t be any vegetarian options available within the event. However, Flat Iron Square which is just a few steps away has many food vendors where you could purchase your own vegetarian dishes. How much do the tickets to the event cost and what’s included? Tickets are a mimimum donation of £25 per person (plus booking fee) and this includes 2 meat dishes and 2 fish dishes*
*T&Cs apply: You can use your meat tokens at any of the meat stalls and your fish tokens at any of the fish stalls. You will not be able to swap meat tokens for fish token unless you have a specific dietary requirement, then this will be considered. Please contact Jane.holland-payne@thechangegroup.com to discuss this prior to the event. Each stall has 200 free dishes to serve and once these are finished they will be charged at £5 per dish. You can use your food tokens at any stalls that have free dishes available however we cannot guarantee that you will get the dish of your choice, it will be a first come, first served basis.
Where do I collect my tokens from? You will be issued with an envelope on arrival at the event which will include 2 meat tokens and 2 fish tokens.
What do I do if I use up all of my tokens and want to buy any additional dishes? If you would like to buy any additional dishes after using up all of your tokens, the individual restaurants will be selling dishes at £5 each - please note, this will be CASH ONLY.
