Inclusion and exclusion in mediation: Choosing to challenge?

CIArb’s 14th Mediation Symposium takes place on 7 October 2021. Our focus is on the practical action and the change needed to increase inclusion and address exclusion in mediation. Dr Isabel Phillips, Head of Mediation at CIArb and this event’s programme creator, sums up the event’s theme as: “How we are similar, how we are different, and how we can learn from each other without being homogenized.”.Keynote speaker: Bernie Mayer, Professor Emeritus of Conflict Studies, Creighton University and Founding partner of CDR Associates.We are offering discounted registration fees for CIArb members and a complimentary registration for CIArb student members.
