Join Kate for a Ceremony of sacred Sound and Medicinal Mushrooms.

Let Kate guide you through a journey of healing frequencies of the crystal bowls, transcendent vocals, shamanic drumming and chimes to transport your body and mind into deep transcendence.

The collective sound waves allow you to drop into a lucid space of alpha, theta and delta brainwave states.

The sound immersion will be activated by an incredible medicinal mushroom tea made from Lion’s Mane, Chaga and Cordyceps.

The benefits of these powerful mycelium allies include easing of depression and anxiety, boosted immune system, improved cognitive function and prevention of oxidated stress. They are a wise and integral connector to all that is seen and unseen. These mushrooms are not psychoactive. The vibration of the mushrooms and the sound create a bridge between humanity and Nature that is a powerful tool to attune to guidance and healing.

We can lean into the the powerful energies of the lunar cycle with intention setting and let go of trauma or blockages that are holding you back, release and rebalance on a deep cellular level shedding what we need to and moving into a space of lightness and harmony with the cycles of nature as we tune into what we are calling in to our lives and allow rest and deep listening.

About Kate:

Kate Fleur Young is a musician, Sound Artist and Yoga Teacher and works everyday using Sound as a healing tool to alter states of consciousness and create transformative experiences through frequency.

She discovered crystal bowls and progressed to train in Sonic Medicine which expanded the magic of sound into every part of her life and work where is has become an integral part of her understanding of healing and expansion, not only for herself but for others.

Kate creates raw and organic immersions and journeys through the alchemy of the bowls and her voice and electronics. Kate also uses Ritual and Ceremony in her work, guiding us back to a deeper understanding of ourselves, our human experience, our connection to Nature and its cycles, and making the every day sacred. • Please note that our classes take place in our Alchemy studio downstairs. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer wheelchair access at this time.
• Not recommended for those in the first or third trimester of pregnancy, or in the process of conceiving, experience conditions such as tinnitus, sound induced epilepsy, heart conditions, have a pacemaker or have recently had an operation.
• About cacao: Please note that cacao contains theobromine which, as a stimulant, can have a similar effect to caffeine. If you are caffeine sensitive, please let us know and we can provide a smaller dose or an alternative drink. We would advise avoid ingesting cacao if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or you take any heart medication or anti- depressants, as they can react with the cacao. Likewise, if you have had a medical diagnosis of bipolar, psychosis, or schizophrenia, please do not ingest. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority and we can always provide an alternative option to cacao at any ceremony. If you have any questions at all, please contact the event facilitator or Fire + Alchemy.
