About this event

Join meditation teacher and founder of Finding Quiet, Ciara McGinley in partnership with W London for a dreamy meditation & mindfulness experience designed to help you connect with your truest intentions. In this one-hour class at W London, Ciara will take you through a series of guided meditations, mindfulness and affirmation practices and a personal journaling exercise to help you connect with your intentions, and reflect on what you truly desire for the season ahead.


Ciara will welcome you to this safe space for rest & relaxation, and encourage you to use this time to reset and reconnect with yourself, while surrounded by like-minded people who are also interested in learning new meditation practices and holistic tools that can support their wellbeing.


Ciara's teachings combine meditation, mindfulness practices and compassion based techniques along with journaling to help you manage stress, build emotional resilience and live with more compassion for yourself and others. She is a big believer in the power of community and the positive impact this can have on our mental wellbeing, however you will not be asked to share anything in this session unless you would like to.
