After a quick introduction and short explanation from LouLou you will then be effortlessly guided into a short and easy to remember mindfulness meditation. Unlike any other meditation class this is designed to allow you to drift off to sleep at the end.

Do i have to lay down to join in?

Your aim is to be as comfortable as you can possible be.  Laying down is only a suggestion. Choose whatever feels best for you.
