Thalbir is a transformational leader and has a Vision to to empower self-aware, conscious individuals to discover and activate their passion, align with their purpose and using this as fuel to follow their path (no matter what). Thalbir is here to support you to shift from stuckness, stagnation to clarity, confidence and aligned action. Thalbir has experience of working with starts ups, social enterprises and multinational companies as a Communications Consultant. She is founder of Breath and Being Yoga. She is a Mental Health Peer Support Mentor given her own experiences with depression. She is based in the UK and loves to spend time in nature, writing in her journal.

In times of change  an invitation to connect with a deeper truth, creating a  powerful and nourishing space together.

An invitation to power up our own frequency, resonance and alignment with a deeper truth. A place to share with others in safe and welcoming space. No previous meditation experience is necessary. We will create a safe and nourishing space together:Sessions will include:<ul><li>Centring activation</li><li>Meditation</li><li>Sharing circle and group discussion</li></ul><ul><li>March Dates - 16th and 30th </li></ul><ul><li>7pm (UK time) 11am Pacific</li></ul><ul><li>70 mins duration</li></ul>These sessions are run on a donation basis. Minimum donation suggestion is £5.
