Guided by Buddhist nun Kelsang Oden, this course introduces easy, practical meditation techniques that anyone can use—no previous experience needed. Through clear guidance and short, effective meditations, you will learn how to let go of stress, quiet mental busyness, and cultivate a peaceful, positive state of mind.

Held in Canterbury, this half-day course provides a supportive and peaceful environment where you can relax, reflect, meet like-minded people, and gain practical tools to carry a sense of wellbeing into everyday life.
