Anke Rainbow Jewellery will be coming to Culloden Battlefield & Visitor Centre to chat about the process and inspiration behind her beautiful jewellery.
Anke is the creator of Textures of Scotland™️, a unique jewellery collection dedicated to capturing the tactile soul of Scotland’s ancient landscape. Using a proprietary Direct-from-Stone process, she takes physical impressions from the weathered walls of historic landmarks and heritage sites—including Culloden Battlefield itself—to create pieces that serve as a literal "fingerprint" of the past.
Every piece in her Textures of Scotland™ collection is handcrafted in her Highland studio, ensuring that each relic is as enduring as the history it represents. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet Anke, learn about her fascination with the "silent history" of the stones, and discover the meticulous craftsmanship required to translate ancient textures into heirloom-quality keepsakes.
Anke Rainbow will be at the Visitor Centre from 10am-3pm.
No ticket is required to meet Anke.
