Anna Klitgaard, journalist and one of the founders of World Aalborg! will be interviewing the Mayor of Aalborg about his vision and issues concerning the city. This is a chance for the international community to get to know Lasse and share what matters to you.
Why this event matters and you should attend.
Local elections are happening in Aalborg Municipality and across Denmark in November 2025. So before this happens, this will be an opportunity date to find out more and tell the Mayor what you care about and what you need from him and the city.
Where is it?
At Folkestuen by Aalborg's main public library.
What time is it?
The event will run from 15:00 to 17:00. After the Mayor, there will be talks about the different political parties in Aalborg and how the voting system works.
Who can come?
The event is open to both internationals and Danes in Aalborg. Families are welcome, we will set up a special area for kids.
How much does it cost?
The event is free.
What we need from you.
(1) Please email any questions / issues for the Mayor in advance to Anna at worldaalborg@gmail.com - with the subject "Mayor Questions". She will use your input to guide the conversation and there will also be an additional 20 minutes for more questions at the end.
