Meetcute Book Fest 2026

The first romance book festival in the UK, featuring panels, talks, Q+As, workshops and much more, all with a festival vibe!

Our book festival for romance lovers, whether you're a reader, writer or both!

We'll be back at the beautiful Home Farm Glamping in Aldernham, Hertfordshire, a short trip from Kings Cross, London, or easily accessible from the M1.

We'll be featuring a mixture of big names and debuts, as well as having bookish stalls, book signings, our brilliant pub quiz, workshops and a whole host of surprises!

MAIN STAGE

Rom Com Panel - hosted by Bella North, with guests Bianca Gillam, Zac Hammet, Lizzie Huxley-Jones and Sophie Cousens.

Magic, Myths and Meetcutes - hosted by Caroline Hogg, with guests Elian Morgan, Nadia El-Fassi, Natasha Siegall, Sarra Manning.

Perfect Timing - hosted by radio DJ Fee Mak, with guests Fran Clark, Vicki Beeby, Alice G May and Michelle Kenney.

YA panel - hosted by Beth Rutter, with guests Beth Reekles, Asli Jensen, Estelle Maskame and Anika Hussain.

BOOKISH PUB:

Author Blind Date - one lucky reader in the audience will jump into our blind date set up - three authors behind a curtain and the chance to interview them on their books, writing and favourite tropes! Choose authors 1, 2 or 3 and SURPRISE, SURPRISE, you'll get a free book from your chosen author! A meetcute made in heaven.

Speedcute - make new friends IRL by joining our 'speed dating' session, where you get introduced to chat bookish and brief really quickly, finding who you make the best meetcute with!

Pub Quiz - Claire McCauley is back with our much beloved pub quiz. Free to enter, lots of great prizes from publishers, authors and meetcute merch, and the chance to make new friends!
