<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Come and meet MindOut find out what they do.</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Get involved in activities and workshops, come and learn some more about mental health and how it intersects with LGBTQ identities.</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">There will be an activity table with mindful and fun activities, like badge-making and cup-cake decorating.</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">There’ll be lots of bite-sized information, quizzes and conversation, to stimulate learning about wellbeing and how we can help ourselves and others.</P>

<P CLASS="MsoNormal">12.30-1.30pm: Sleep Matters workshop</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">1.30-2.30pm: Assertiveness workshop</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">2.30-3.30pm: Peer Support workshop</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">4 -5pm Mindfulness Meditation</P>
