Melting

Melting is an evening of theatre and poetry produced by Fey Theatre, bringing together new Scottish talent.

The Old Hairdresser's

The event will contain four short scenes, written, directed, and starring different Scottish creatives. These will be intertwined by poetry and spoken word. Though originally themed around the post-festivities, and the dips and peaks that might accompany the beginning of a New Year, the pieces evolved both through creation and development. Melting deals with the idea of what could be and that often trying transitional moment we all experience many times throughout our lives. It explores both the fear and disillusion, as well as the excitement and hope, of facing change.
