OneBodyOneFaith has a legacy of making of difference: we’ve been leading change since 1976.We are a grassroots charity thatenables LGBT+ Christians and advocates for change within the church, ecumenically and intentionally in partnership with likeminded organisations.For many LGBT+ Christians places of Christian worship and community remain harmful and challenging. We are committed to stopping abuse through initiatives such as the Ban Conversion Therapy coalition; embracing positive change such as the advent of marriage equality in many traditions; and the transformation of church structures:our desire is for LGBT+ Christians to thrive, not just survive.

Llandaff Cathedral

With special thanks to Bishop Mary and Bishop Gregory of the Church in Wales, we are pleased to be able to offer a space of memorial in Wales for LGBT+ people impacted by harm in the church.A space to gather to remember those adversely impacted, harmed and lost, in the many years that we have been advocating for a place of genuine welcome for LGBT+ people in church. This will be a time of public memorial; a time to come together as LGBT+ people to grieve and support each other, in partnership with leaders across the Christian traditions. It will also begin to look forward in hope, to building a better and safer future together. If you feel able to, we would really encourage you to join us.Our first priority on the day is to create a safer space for our LGBT+ siblings to come together in remembrance. We will have a range of pastoral and professional support available on the day, should anyone need it. We have invited leaders from each of the Christian traditions and denominations to join us, alongside foremost advocates for inclusive change in these traditions. This is as an intentional act of trust and reconciliation, to ensure that the impact of the inappropriate debates about LGBT+ is sorrowed over and held in mind as we move forward together.Llandaff Cathedral is accessible but we encourage you to get in touch with us if you have any questions or require assistance.You may reserve upto 4 tickets order, we will contact you to ask for attendees names. Llandaff Cathedral Accessibility Statement:Llandaff Cathedral welcomes everyone, and we hope that we can accommodate your visit.Please be aware that the Cathedral is at the bottom of a steep slope. There are no marked disabled parking spaces in Llandaff. However, there is a small car park at the bottom of the hill to the East of the Cathedral. This is near to the Southeast door, where there is step-free access into the Cathedral. Parking is very limited in this car park.Accessibility provisions:<ul><li>A wheelchair is available for general use within the Cathedral.</li><li>There are maps available in the Cathedral Nave showing the step-free routes to most areas within the Cathedral.</li><li>Spaces for wheelchair users are reserved in the Nave, and if you contact us in advance, we can reserve seats alongside for your whole party.</li><li>We do not have a separate unisex disabled toilet at present; however, our toilets have spacious cubicles and handrails, and are accessible via the ramped entrance to the left of the Cathedral’s West door.</li><li>We have a hearing loop system in the Nave.</li></ul>We will be very happy to discuss any further accessibility requirements.
